A mockup for Vishal & family
This is a clickable mockup, not a finished product. It uses your own categories, reports and people (CC summaries, the MIS, cash flow, Tally headings) so you can picture how the day-to-day could run with AI doing the manual work. The numbers below are made up for the demo.
Everything keeps your current structure. Mr. Ali still pulls the statements and makes the payments, exactly as today. What changes is the bit Subin does by hand: segregating every expense, getting approvals, posting into Tally, and rebuilding the Excel reports. That is what the AI takes over.
It comes in three steps, each a step up:
We take one real week of your statements and let the system sort them, while Subin does the same week by hand. Then we compare. You see a real accuracy number on your own data before deciding to build anything.

Once the pilot proves out, this is the real thing. The same reports you produce today (MIS, bank balances, per-person CC summaries, cash flow) build themselves the moment a statement lands. No more posting into Tally, no more rebuilding Excel.

The fuller version. Instead of reading reports, you ask plain questions, it warns you before you go over budget, and it writes the documents itself. This is also the engine you could turn into a product for other family offices.
